Demo & Payment Confirmation

• Customers are requested to check and verify the complete demo, features, functionality and suitability of the software before making any payment.
• Once the customer has reviewed the demo and voluntarily decided to purchase the software/service, the payment may be made to confirm the order.
• Payment made after reviewing and accepting the demo shall be treated as confirmation of the customer's decision to purchase the service.
• Customers are responsible for checking all required features and requirements before making payment.

Booking Amount & Payment

• Any booking amount, advance payment, token amount or other payment made towards the service is non-refundable, subject to applicable laws.
• Payment cannot normally be cancelled or refunded merely because the customer later changes their mind, does not use the service, or decides not to continue.
• Customers are advised to make payment only after being fully satisfied with the demo, features and requirements.

Payment After Delivery

• If an ID, account, software access, license or service is delivered/provided to the customer before receiving the full payment, the customer must pay the remaining/full outstanding amount within 48 hours from the time of delivery/activation.
• Failure to make the required payment within 48 hours may result in the temporary suspension of the ID, account, software access or service without further notice.
• The suspended service may be restored after the outstanding payment and any applicable charges are cleared.
• Suspension due to non-payment does not automatically create any right to a refund of amounts already paid.

No Refund Policy

All booking, advance and service payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is specifically required under applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by RK TECHNOLOGY.

Before making payment, the customer must ensure that:

• The demo has been checked.
• The required features have been understood.
• The software/service is suitable for the customer's requirements.
• The customer has made the final decision to purchase.

Payment should be made only after the customer is fully satisfied with the demo and has taken the final decision to proceed.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for:

• Information and data entered into the software.
• Documents, images, content and other materials uploaded by the customer.
• Proper use of the software.
• Keeping login credentials secure.
• Ensuring that their use of the software complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Illegal or Unlawful Activities

The software/services provided by RK TECHNOLOGY must not be used for any illegal, fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or unauthorized activity.

If a customer uses the application, software, website, account or any related service for illegal or unlawful activities, such activity is carried out solely by the customer/user.

RK TECHNOLOGY shall not be responsible for illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized activities carried out by customers or users through the software, where such activities are outside the control, knowledge or authorization of RK TECHNOLOGY and subject to applicable law.

RK TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access where misuse, unlawful activity or violation of these Terms is reasonably identified, and may cooperate with lawful government or law-enforcement requests where legally required.

Software Availability

RK TECHNOLOGY will make reasonable efforts to keep its services operational and available. However, temporary interruption may occur due to:

• Server or hosting problems
• Internet/network issues
• Third-party service failure
• Maintenance or updates
• Government or regulatory requirements
• Force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control

Updates & Changes

RK TECHNOLOGY may modify, improve, update or discontinue certain features of its software or services when reasonably required for security, technical, operational or business purposes.

Account & ID Suspension

RK TECHNOLOGY may suspend or restrict an account/ID in cases including:

• Non-payment of outstanding dues
• Unauthorized sharing of an ID
• Misuse of the software
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Security concerns

Limitation of Responsibility

RK TECHNOLOGY will not be responsible for losses arising from the customer's misuse, unauthorized access, incorrect data entry, illegal activity, third-party services or circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
